Unfortunately, because we offer a daily deal we do not offer returns. You can always save it for a gift for someone else if you've changed your mind. If there is a problem with your order, let us know ASAP so that we can make things right. We'll make sure you receive a replacement or exchange if the item is received damaged.

If you receive an item that is damaged, you must contact us within 30 days from the purchase date and include pictures of the damage.

To initiate a return please complete the following steps:

Please include order number, reason for return and photos if the item is damaged.

Once the damage request has been reviewed we will email you a return label.

The item must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt of the shipping label.
