Unfortunately, because we offer a daily deal we do not offer returns. You can always save it for a gift for someone else if you've changed your mind. If there is a problem with your order, let us know ASAP so that we can make things right. We'll make sure you receive a replacement or exchange if the item is received damaged.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email customer.service@thehomeemporium.com and we will do our best to correct the issue.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your damaged or defective item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
